I don’t know about you, but doing the same type of exercise routine everyday can cause me to fall into a workout slump. And when I do catch myself starting to get lazy with my workouts, I like to switch things up a bit with dance cardio. There are tons of fun, fast-paced dance videos out there, but slowing it down to focus and engage your core, posture, and balance can be just as hard of a workout, too.
