I want to learn to run but my legs will start to itch like crazy when I run. I could just scratch them open they itch so bad. Anyone else have this problem? People say to persevere through it but its just too much.

Yes! I love running a lot! However, as of lately I haven’t run too often. I think the hardest thing about running is starting again once you stop. It’s all about habit forming and make healthy decisions. Great post! I enjoyed reading it thoroughly!
