In honor of Beyoncé, we’ve compiled cardio workout videos set to a number of her iconic songs. Keep reading for routines from trainers and fitness YouTubers alike. Most are dance workouts, but there’s a walking and dance combo session as well, and some will feature bodyweight exercises mixed in. The longest one is just under 15 minutes. We’re sure the Beyhive – and Queen Bey – would approve.
