Hilary Swank showed off her baby bump and fitness skills in a new Instagram post. On Jan. 20, the actor shared a video of her hitting the gym. “Me and Da Babes workin’ out,” she captioned the video of her impressive single-arm press. “Been a lonnnnnnng time since #FitnessFriday.”

The 48-year-old actor announced that she and her husband, Philip Schneider, were pregnant with twins in October on “Good Morning America.” “I’m going to be a mom – and not just of one, but of two,” she shared on the morning show. Now in her third trimester, Swank has gained a lot of perspective on pregnancy.

Aside from intense fruit cravings and morning sickness during the first 16 weeks, the “Alaska Daily” actor told James Corden and fellow guest Gwyneth Paltrow that pregnancy gave her a newfound respect for women’s bodies on the Jan. 9 episode of “The Late Late Show.” “I love it. I feel like women are superheroes,” Swank shared. She added: “I have such, like, a whole newfound respect. I mean, I love women, I’ve always loved women, but now, I’m like, ‘Wow, we can do this!'”

Although we can’t officially confirm if Swank is a superhero, her fitness feats are impressive, and her fans think so too. “Wow . . . It’s like you have the strength of 3 people?” a celebrity fitness trainer commented on her post. Actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson wrote, “You are everything!” amid additional praise in the comments.
