January 29, 2021Megan Thee Stallion, Strength Training, WorkoutsBy Jenny Sugar

When we saw Megan Thee Stallion struggling through kettlebell duck walks (ouch!) and she said to her trainer, “Hold up, Tim,” we know it hurt so good. Then she balanced on two BOSU balls doing kettlebell squats and was hating those dumbbell RDLs! Damn, we knew this workout was no joke when she said, “That sh*t burns!” Her closed eyes and clenched mouth were all of us breathing hard and getting through our reps, and we can absolutely appreciate the effort she was dishing out to get through this lower-body booty workout. “I know I wanna have a nice ass, but do it have to hurt to receive this ass?” Hahaha. Our thoughts every time we work out.
