March 15, 2021Celebrity Fitness, Gymnastics, Simone Biles, WorkoutsBy Jenny Sugar

having the spins are the worst pic.twitter.com/hmlVhhp6kV

– Simone Biles (@Simone_Biles) March 10, 2021

Well, here’s another gymnastics move that Simone Biles can do that wows us and leaves us shaking our heads in utter amazement. As if balancing in a low side lunge on the ball of her tiny toes on a balance beam isn’t incredibly hard enough, she takes it to Simone Biles level (as usual!) and just starts doing spin after spin after spin, doing what’s called a wolf turn six times. It’s like her right foot is glued to the beam – I can’t believe she can hold this position so perfectly. Her legs are so strong and it (almost) makes me want to do more squats and lunges. But it’s her wide eyes at the end that just might be the best part. We love you, Simone!
