When the Starbucks cravings come, they hit you hard. The drinks, however, are not exactly calorie friendly, which is why we’re thankful for the return of the mini Frappuccinos. Starting May 16, the flavors you love, such as caramel and mocha Frappuccinos, are back in 10-oz. size servings, with two of the drinks at under 100 calories!
As with most Starbucks drinks, they can be customized to cut back on calories even more in these mini versions – you can customize with nonfat milk and skip the addition of whipped cream. These mini drinks are our way of indulging in sweets without overdoing it. Check out the available options below.
- Mini Coffee Frappuccino: 120 calories, 24 grams of sugar (standard recipe made with whole milk and no whipped cream)
- Mini Caramel Frappuccino: 120 calories, 26 grams of sugar (customized to be made with nonfat or 2 percent milk, no whipped cream and no caramel drizzle)
- Mini Coffee Frappuccino Light: 60 calories, 12 grams of sugar (standard recipe made with nonfat milk and no whipped cream)
- Mini Mocha Frappuccino Light: 80 calories, 15 grams of sugar (standard recipe made with nonfat milk and no whipped cream)
