December 18, 202230-minute Workouts, Cardio, Class Fitsugar, HIIT, HIIT workouts, WorkoutsBy Lilian Gonzalez

Get ready to work out with fitness trainer Natalie White, who will be leading a 30-minute superset HIIT workout joined by AJ Morales and Jai Jordan. In this routine, you’ll start with a quick warmup and then work your way into more challenging moves, such as reverse lunges, plank holds, squat taps, sumo squats, froggers, crunches, and more. Organized into supersets (aka pairs of moves that you alternate), this high-energy HIIT routine includes plenty of modifications, so take them as you need them. You’ll get your heart rate up, target all the muscle groups in your body, and leave feeling rejuvenated. And don’t worry: after all that intense work, you’ll get to flow through a rewarding cooldown. All you need is a mat!

Don’t miss new episodes of Class Fitsugar every Sunday and Wednesday on the POPSUGAR Fitness YouTube channel.
