The Truth About Stretch Marks

It's time to end the shame around stretch marks.

Posted by ATTN: on Wednesday, November 11, 2015

Just like the dimples on our thighs, stretch marks are one of those natural things that happen to just about every woman. But glancing through magazines, no one would know, thanks to the magic of Photoshop. Does that make you mad? Images like these can perpetuate the notion that we should be ashamed of something that’s completely out of our control. It makes us forget what normal women are supposed to look like. Look down and feel proud because those stretch marks are proof you are a real woman with a real body that changes and grows and allows you to live (and give) life. It’s time to embrace your tiger stripes.
