Creamy, smooth, subtly sweet, and high in protein, this banana milkshake smoothie offers over 20 grams of protein, but it’s not made with protein powder or dairy products. Oh no! White beans are the star, so aside from protein and iron, you also get a ton of fiber.
If you’re trying to lose weight, the satiating protein-fiber combo is key, but you’ll also love the fact that it’s 335 calories and the flaxmeal makes this extra filling. Made with just four ingredients, this smoothie comes together in less than five minutes. Feel free to doll it up with some cinnamon or a bunch of spinach.

If you’re avoiding soy, feel to use almond or coconut milk. Just note that it cuts down on the protein.
