Chocolate Coconut Almond Overnight Oats
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2/3 cup unsweetened soy milk
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
1 tablespoon dairy-free chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli Semisweet Chips)
Directions
- Add the ingredients in the order listed to a small mason jar.
- Place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, mix it all together and enjoy cold or warmed up in the microwave.
